Where do I collect the Bounty Bags?
Mother-To-Be: hospitals, doctors, participating pharmacies, online here.
New Mother: hospitals, doctors, participating pharmacies, online here.
New Baby: Target stores only. You must have a Redemption Card (call 1300 650 269 if you require one, or print one here).
When do I collect the Bounty Bags?
Mother-To-Be - Approx 20 weeks through pregnancy.
New Mother - When your baby is birth.
New Baby - When your baby is 3 to 6 months old.
I missed out on receiving a Mother-To-Be or New Mother bag from my hospital. How can I get one now?
Contact your hospital to see if they can assist and provide you with a bag. Otherwise, you can contact a participating pharmacy or order online.
My local hospital doesn't distribute the Bounty Bags - why not?
Please note there are only a few hospitals who choose not to distribute the Bounty Bags. This is usually a decision by the hospital.
Obviously Bounty would like that it if all mum's had access to the Bounty Bags, which is why we've created this site so you can get them online or know where else to get them.
Are the Bounty Bags free?
They're free if you collect them from your hospital, doctor, pharmacy or Target. Online orders are $12, which is to cover postage.
My Bounty Bag appears to be missing some items?
The contents of the bags change each week and from hospital to hospital. If something is missing, it sadly means were out of stock at that time. Unfortunately we do not send these out.
I couldn't find the Redemption Card so I can't go to Target and collect my New Baby Bag. What can I do?
The Redemption Card should be in the centre of the Bounty Babycare Book, located within the New Mother Bag.
If this is missing, it means we may be out of stock or your hospital chooses not to receive them

You can also have one mailed to you - call 1300 650 269 to have it arranged.
My Bounty Bag (or voucher) is out of date. What can I do?
Take your Bounty Bag back to either the hospital or Target store, and ask them to swap it for a current bag. Sometimes old stock gets
mistakenly handed out if the stock isn't rotated.
Target wouldn't give me the New Baby Bag - why not?
To receive your New Baby Bag you require a Redemption Card. To have a Redemption Card mailed to you, call 1300 650 269.
My Target store is out of stock - what can I do?
Please let us know by clicking here & we will contact Target Head Office to arrange stock.
Can I have more than one Bounty Bag?
Each baby is entitled to only one of each of the three Bounty Bags.
